whats the story on using xbox live with firmware upgrade on a 360 ?

no issue as of now... but they can definalty tell if your hacked or not if they wanted to, they have so many others ways other than the "stealth" counters...more info

Right now they aren't doing anything, but in the future they may ban your xbox from live giving you zero online play and no more demos.
