E365 keeps charging! but wont turn on!!

I have an E365. It will not turn on, but when I plug the charger in, the screen flashes up "helomoto" as if powering on, then goes to"Charging battery" .Backlight & keypad are lit up. The battery is fully charged, but when I unplug the charger, it still says "charging battery", but wont turn on. If I remove the battery, it STILL says battery charging, but backlight & keypad lights go off!
Has anyone got an idea how to fix please? And how can it say "charging battery" when I have taken the battery out??
