tryed Nero 7! slow + anoying for pc. anyone recommend any other software faster + not so disturbing 2 pc? can DVD Shrink process uploaded files from pc 2 dvd? thanks!

What format are they in? Shrink can do iso or video_ts folder (files already dvd compliant).

If there's avi's etc how long is Nero taking you? Does take longer to transcode avi's.

hey!
do u have 2 convert files to dvd format everytime u want to burn it 4 a dvd player?
plus can u convert different formats with Nero or do u ave 2 use a seperate converter such as vso-convertXToDVD? can dvdshrink do this? as i can't seem 2 locate any files i've loaded over the net with shrink.

For the files to play on a player if the player supports divx/avi than you can just burn as a data dvd. If not than you need to use something like Nero, ConvertXDVD etc
You can check the make and model for what format your player supports here:
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers

Shrink only handles dvd compliant files so that's why you can't find them w/ Shrink.

Nero Vision supports a bunch of the different files - it will transcode and burn a dvd that can be played on your player.
Here's a guide for avi's w/ Nero Vision - you can do other file formats that Nero supports this way too:
