Hi, i recently got swapmagic coder 3.8 and installed all the tools with success, but im having problems booting copied games and emulators on cd and dvd, i've used many guides on this forum and many media programs (Nero, Alcohol 120%, DVD Decrypter) the discs just wont boot i noticed the spinning on the copied/backed-up disks are alot slower than originals, i have tried more than 5 brans of DVD-R and about 7 cd-r none seem to work i have tried changing thr write speed between 2x - 12x that doesn't make a difference i have also noticed if i boot up original games with swap magic and try going online i don't have any success, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Pleqodox.

I have tried a number of games such as socom 2, battlefield 2, conflict global storm, 50 cent bullet proof, the games just don't boot at all even though the orginals do and if i try boot a original game with swap magic then try go online with no cheats or hacks turned on it still doesn't bypass the DNAS.
The sizes are between 2 - 5 GB.

Well SM wont boot a game over 4.35Gb without rebuilding it or ripping to DVD5, so you can stop trying with those until you modify them.
Coder is a buggy version of SM, 3.6 is better, but you shouldn't be having issues with games like Socom 2 or CGS, although why you're trying to boot original games with SM is beyond me.
Its maybe a media problem with your bckups. What brand media are you using?

My reason for booting originals was for testing only to see if it would let me go online even without the coder feature activated, and i have tried using TDK, sony, samsung, memorex, and a few other cheap brands of DVD-R and cd-r, i have carefully followed the tutorials i found on here the only thing i think can be wrong is either my ps2 is some how a to new or the laser is to warn to play my disks or my dvd writer is set up wrong.
