Thanks. Unfortunately, it's still locked...probably because a colleague of mine from work tried unsuccessfully several times with different codes. What can I do next?

The error message was "cannot undo restriction".

Sorry mate but the mobile is hardlocked.

One option you have for unlocking is that you can check in your local area for someone that provides unlocking of hardlocked phones or check the link below:
