Ive got an error 09, ive read that its a ide problem. I did notice that once the xbox was detectedb but thet name on the screen as the primary drive was partly displayed as asci code. Would the hdd be messed up. Would I be able a new hd from a pc shop and use that one. what specific drives are suitable. Ive read that there are a few maes that can be used

if your xbox is modded you will have to go through the locking stage on the hdd you want but if its a stock you will need a mobo with the hdd
