after i burn a music cd, the cd text is written, but it says as "unknown album/unknown artist" .... there must be some way to change that setting, please give me info on how do you change that ?
i have searched all over and was unsuccessful with the operation

It's not really neccessary. If the name of the song is on there before you burn it to disc, it should be there when you re-rip the CD.

YES it is important, I have at home a Sony 300 disc, and if I burn 20 cds, each slot that hold a cd is in will say "unknown album/title". It names all the songs, just not a title or artist ...
