Nokia 3220 - what is the arrow symbol in top left corner?

Hello all,

I have a Nokia 3220, and in standby mode on the main screen, I see a Thick arrow in the topleft corner, that starts off horizontally from left to right, and then shoots upwards..

I tried looking up the Nokia handbook, but it does not say what this arrow icon is for, and nor can I find any menu option that turns this off. I am curious about what it is, and am wondering if anyone has an idea about it is.

PS: The arrow symbol is not part of my wallpaper :)

Forward all voice calls. All calls are forwarded to another number.
If you have two phone lines, the indicator for line 1 is(arrow with 1 above) and (arrow with 2 above) for line 2 .
