every movie i copy now i recieve an error at 99% encode

Try this guide "DVDFAB Decrypter + VobBlanker + DVD Shrink (or your choice of Nero Recode) http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154

What kind of error did you received? What movie is it? Maybe it's one of those few that has some corrupted, invalid cells on it. Perhaps, give VobBlanker a try and run your already ripped VIDEO_TS.IFO through VobBlanker, then continue on with Nero Recode.

I've check your log and there's not much there, except 2 things.

You need to edit out your Nero serial as soon as possible.

You'll need to "uninstall" Roxio out of your system completely. Nero and Roxio don't get along, they're known to conflict each other badly. Here, get Roxio zapper and get rid of Rixio http://www.downloadjunction.com/product/store/15199

the dvds are much older ones like office space and dumb and dumber so they arent ones with problems

You still need to re-read my earlier reply. What tools (programs) did you used to rip those movies? Either those discs are badly scratched or bad pressed.

Give "DVDFAB Decrypter" http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154 or "RipIt4Me" http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/360110 give them guides a try and see if it solves the issues.
