6030's from spain only have 3 chances so it would be my guess that it's all over for that phone.

Seek professional help for unlocking in the Spain area if the phone is in Spain.

GSM Liberty again??? Very bad place for codes.

There are plenty of shops there for them to locate. Might want to pick up a phone book (local directory) and look up something doing with mobile phones :)
