hi there please can somebody help me to unlock my nokia 6020.
current network = orange
the imei number =3553 7400 2173 920
i also have a datacable so the name of any software that i could possibly unlock it with would be a bonus . Thanks .

yes tried with no sim in , and could not get the number 7 to display
then tried with new sim card in ... can only get upto + then not able to
put no 7 in .

typed the code in and when the code gets to the + cannot enter another digit unless the digit is 1-6 for some reason wont let me type in 7 , 8 or 9 . so cant complete the code ! this is my first time doing this , but understand your instructions fully ..

The only solution that I know of as to why you cant press the last few buttons is because to many digits are being pressed.

Last thought , is it possible to generate a code that doesnt end +7 ???
Due to the fact that for some reason my phone wont let me type in the 7 ??
It will let me type in a number 1 ,2,3,4,5 + 6 after the pluse sign and due to the fact i havent received a notice error either wrong code or code accepted then i can still enter code into my phone * ie it is not hard locked ) ????

Hi mate, I did not think that the code would work but code 7 will!
Have you tried code 7 again if not try it you never know ;)

just tried again and the phone wont regonise the digits 7 8 or 9 ., maybe the phone is damaged ? last time i used it was bout 3 months ago.
Ill have to put in a orange sim card and test the keys actually recognise when the phone gets a signal. I havent got one here with now now , let you know tomorrow mate .
