According to the manual it says only 1 of them.
1. You only need to install one of Tool C, Tool D and Tool E. Do not install all of them.
2. Try Tool E first, since it doesn?t require open the console and void the warranty.
3. Tool D is designed for the latest model of PS2 Slimline, such as Ceramic White and Satin Silver.
They say Tool E works best, but I dont know since I have never tried V3. I have magic keys II which my part 3 is same as E and I can play everything.
Or you can just try C Or D (which D requires voiding warranty) and tool D is for slimline, so depends on what Version PS2 you have.
So up to you which of these 3 you try first and see if it works.
Just put your swap magic disk in and see what happens, if it will play a copied game or not.

2 things (since your so helpful)
would the part C in that pacage seem like it would work?
And
My part B is sticking out a lil and i think it may scratch the side of the dvd if i use it....is that normal/a better way to put it in? the B picture is really blurry

A better picture of where part B looks very similiar to Tool #2 in Magics Keys 2 manual. Take a look on page 6 of that manual.
As for if your C part would work or not, you might want to search all threads here on the forum on Magic Switch V3. I am sure there is something or other posts about it.

If you don't want to open the case, use Tool A and Tool B.
If you want to open the case, use Tool A and Tool D. Tool B is not necessary.
For those that didn't buy the "magic keys", just open the case and use some strong tape to tape the the two switches. It saves you a few bucks.
