hey guys trying to unlock my nokia 3220b here in the USA, its locked to Cingular wireless and the IMEI is 356208000868066 i've tried some of the other sites unlocking it since i have had good luck unlocking some other nokia's from them but it seems that this phone model is not a simple one to unlock. If anyone can do this for me I greatly apprecciate it. Thanks ~Heath

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

sorry man it didn't work. This is like the 2nd code i've put in trying it in that box and neither worked. I think this phone is just contrary. All I want to do is use it with my at&t sim card

i tried with a different providers sim card in and it just said code not accepted and i tried with no sim card and it did nothing, then i tried with my original sim card in the phone and it said CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION. I hope cingular didn't send me a refurbished phone that cannot be unlocked due to a missed number of attempts.

Your mobile is hardlocked to the original network.

One option you have for unlocking is that you can check in your local area for someone that provides unlocking of hardlocked phones or check the link below:

that really bites, how could it be hard locked when i only tried codes 3 times? Do you think I got a refurbished phone or something that was already hard locked?

Some models only allow three attempts for most it's five.
