I just got these, should I activate them first/ I haven't even turned them on.

Make/model phone: Nokia 6102i
IMEI #: 352735015352664
Country the phone is locked in: USA
Provider the phone is locked to: Cingular

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
