Hi. Please help me unlocking my Nokia 6030. It says 'insert sim card' and then 'phone restricted' and finally it asks me 'insert restriction code'. Could someone please help me.
I am in Mongolia.

We need the country the mobile was bought in and the network locked to.

The country is Mongolia.
The network locked to is I don't know. (we have only one GSM Mobile phone service provider in Mongolia, called Mobicom.)
Mobile was bought from China.
It was working properly. But it doesn't even turn on.

I bought this phone from Mongolia. But mongolia doesn't manufacture any phone. Almost all this phones are imported from China. My phone is made in China. But I bought in Mongolia. It was working just OK. But just yesterday the 'phone restricted, please enter restriction code' appears.
Can I still use the code you sent me?
