hola. i just bought an action replay max for my unmodified slim ps2. i liked the sega emulator, but wanted more. i found snes station, and it loaded fine and so did the roms, but my controller doesn't work. this is loading it through my AR max. so, i went back online and found it might be nes as well as cdgenPS2 to make them bootable. well, i made a "bootable" disc, and it gave me that red cloudy screen and said to insert a ps or ps2 disc. i'm super new to this kind of stuff, so can someone PLEASE help me out. i'd like to know everything i can do and how without getting a modchip. thank you in advance to any feedback.

i figured it had already been answered, but i haven't been able to find any info about what i need to know. my main problem is that i have the slowest dial-up in the history of a computer, so it took me literally 45 minutes just to sign up and post that first message. i'll keep looking, but if someone feels my pain and would like to help me out here, i would greatly appreciate it. thank you for the reply, westar, as well.

well, i found some sort of an attempt at a guide called something like a guide to all the emulators for ps2. and, well, it sounds as if it were written by a monkey with a severe head injury. crappy grammar, lack of clear directions, and many other faults proved to be of no use to me. and still, no one has answered my thread. you guys are all edited by ddp. forums nowadays are so pointless because they are all populated by hillbillies, preteens, neanderthals, and edited by ddp. thank you for nothing and i hope you all get edited by ddp
