Thanks for the code but it does not seem to work.

When I power on the phone it says Insert Sim Card.

I introduce the code then but when I press # nothing happens, the whole code is still on the screen and the only option I have is "clear". Am I doing something wrong???

If nothing happens after you press the final # then do this.

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
