I tried two times very carefully without success. The phone answer : "Not allowed"

Not allowed means that you / someone has entered to many wrong codes and the phone is hardlocked to the original network.

How many codes have you tried before mine?

Sometimes you only get 3 attempts till the mobile hardlocks.
