I have a video I made where my friend is standing in one spot in the video. His shirt has a logo on it that I want to blur out or cover up with anything so I post it on YouTube.He doesn't move at all in the video except for his face so it woulnd't have to move. I have Nero 7 but I don't think its possible using that. Does anyone know any free or cheap programs that I could do this on?
