It doesn't seem to work. I tried setting language to english from romanian. Tried another sim, it says invalid :)

1) is all the information correct
2) Does the sim you are trying to use work in another phone
3) was the mobile bought in Romania
4) How many codes have you tried
5) Is the phone new or second hand

1) information is correct.. i double checked
2) the sim i'm trying is from another phone that works
3) the mobile was bought in Romania (Sibiu to be exact from Vodafone/Connext shop)
4) Now I have tried 3 or 4 codes (your codes each two times) and it says Not allowed (not bad code anymore)
5) The phone is brand new :)

So I guess i'm not in luck

You should always try the codes once and once only!!!

Sorry I'm affraid that your mobile is hardlocked. To get the mobile unlocked you will have to take it to a shop and have it done directly with hardware.

Or you could take it back to the shop for a new one and then try unlocking it again, but do not say you tried unlocking it.
