ZoneLoader D/L Link (for use with Swap Magic to boot games such as Scarface & Res Dogs)

Ok guys I just found out if you use Swap Magic (apart from version 2 for some reason) you need to use "Zone Loader" to boot Scarface , Resovoir Dogs & some other "swap magic problem" games
basically just
1)download ZoneLoader and burn to DVD like any other game
2) run swap magic > swap SM with the ZoneLoader DVD > Swap Zoneloader for scarface
i've just fully tested it and it works.

ok download Zoneloader frm this link

extract the files using win rar.
then burn it to a dvd,
load your swap magic and continue as normal but instead of inseting the game insert zoneloader
Press X
then do the same open with the slide card and insert the game,
Press X and the game will load
Its pretty easy.

i have SM 3.3 dvd version
and then with the use of zoneloader with SM 3.3 is it then possible to boot CD games.
Because on zoneloader it says boot CD/DVD.

im sorry if this has already been answered somewhere, but i couldnt find it.
i think i have downloaded zoneloader properly,
chose the extract with win rar option, when it had done
it opened up a page in apache with system and slus!!
is this right?
if it is what do i do now to burn to dvd?
tried with my burn file option in sonic 3 which is on my comp and what i have used to burn all other games, but this doesnt work!
i am a newbie to this so may be missing something obvious.
any help guys

it sounds like your actually viewing the contents of the ISO (once extracted from the rar)
you just want to extract the 700KB rar file
this will give you the 1.5GB iso
then just burn the iso to DVD like any other game.

im lost
i have a page open with zoneloader.iso
and zoneloader.nfo
which is open in a WinRAR page,
its when i extract from here, which is what i think im ment to do
that it then opens the apache page.
i dont think im dumb (lol) just dont have a clue

I dont know why its loading any apache page.
when you have WinRAR open, and you see zoneloader.iso and the other .nfo
try just selecting the zoneloader.iso file itself, right click and choose extract

run WinRAR
goto file > open archive
select the rar, and click ok.. it will open it
left click on zoneloader.iso, so its highlighted
click the "extract to" button
it will display the dialog to choose where to save it to
save to desktop
and thats it, the iso will be on ur desktop.
btw, how can u d/l games if you dont know how to use WinRAR? lol

if you know how to rebuild games you can actually "fix" the iso so you dont need to use zoneloader
unpack the iso and open the system.cnf file in notepad.
edit it as such:
Original format
BOOT2 = cdrom0:\SLUS_211.11;
VER = 1.00
VMODE = NTSC
Fixed format (this is what you need to edit it to)
BOOT2 = cdrom0:\SLUS_211.11;1
VER = 1.00
VMODE = NTSC
I.E - add "1" to the end of the BOOT2 line
then rebuild as you would rebuild an iso normally
^^ it works btw, zoneloader started to piss me off then i learned of this fix :)

ok i got some one to put HDloader and zoneloader on my memory card at the same time. HDloader boots every time i start it up with a Ps1 game in the drive. How do i get Zoneloader to boot off the MC? the person wont tell me how to do it because i refused to pay him to tell me so i need help...

Yep.. the method that Blzert describes works!! Thanks for letting people know about it. I was able to change the SLUS number in notepad and rebuild with Apache 2.0 after that i just opened DVD Decrypter and did a write / Burn to HP DVD-R 8X I selected 4X speed in the DVD Decrypter 10 minutes later I was playing the game on my flip top Ps2.
