My experience with this company has been so bad that I am thinking about reporting them to the SCC and better business bureau. From this forum, I see that several other people have also had a bad experience with them.

Right now, all I have is a website and email address. Does anyone know their physical address?

What - because they have now decided to implement the clause in the EULA that you didn't bother to read and charge the paltry sum of $19 a year for updates/support.

Sounds more like sour grapes to me.

Not sour grapes. Just upset by misleading selling practices. This company is bad news.
