VSO convertXtoDVD problem! please help

hi, i have been using Convert X to DVD for a while with sucession but when i tried to add a certain file, i get several error messages. see attached, can someone please help???
IMG 01 - first error message. i clicked automatic when this happened
IMG 02 - second error message -i clicked ok and it seemed to let me carry on doing what i was doing
IMG 03 - last error message, states 'complete' but if you look down at the log there has been an error
if anyone could help id be so grateful!!

Hi there,
Please upgrade to v2.1.4.162
Those errors should be fixed in v2.1.4.162
As for the message, cannot determine the time automatic, this might be a problem with THIS input file, since v2.1.4.162 seems to be very stable for most of us, with GOOD input files !
Try again with v2.1.4.162 and provide us a Full Conversiob Log if you still have errors.
From there, with a Full Log, I can share with the VSO Developpers.

im at college currently, i will download the update when i return home. thanks for the info. and i was wondering though, how to i get access to the full log?? i looked in program files and temp but could not find it.:S thanks

hi, i just updated my ConvertXtoDVD and tried converting a file and yet again it failed, here is the log (it was the log named as "ConvertXtoDVD_crash")

This file seems to be the issue

I will have to ask VSO if this video format is supported or not, and or if it can be in the future.
Just for testing, all the other files are mpeg4 and should convert properly.

oh, thanks for clearing that up for me, yeah i noticed only when you pointed it out yourself lol
and when it came to the other files i was having trouble with (the AVI files that needed the duartion time added) it would appear that there is something wrong with the file, as you said.
the problem appears to be, that when i right click on the file and select properties and then summary there is no information there, when usually there is :S so m assuming its missing? can i get a fix for this? or do you know what it is?

file to the VSO FTP Server for analysis !
Usually, the files that are analyses are usually supported on the next build, so let's hope this one makes it :)

hi.
yes i did, but i had trouble with getting an established connection with the FTP, is it?? its quite new to me, but i have just downloaded an add-on for Firefox which supports it and i will try again. but i would like to know: would they like me to upload the file as it is?? or as the private message contained?? with converting to .rar etc.??

Hi there,
It doesn't matter if it's 1 big .AVI or compresses with WinRAR in 15mb chunks, or in a 3 part ZIP file, as long as they get the file :)
Is there a place I could download this file ?
