Lke nascar 07, cabelas, and battlefield 2 used to work but now they dont work.... but it still reads backups like scarface...


it is really irritating any suggestions? And I know for a fact that cabelas nascar and battlefield used to work cause I played them then my ps2 wouldnt read any games so i adjusted the laser and now it will only read like half of my games

Make a copy from your bad discs to a new ones, and choose good media like TDK, verbatim or others.
Sometimes, i try to play games that i played years ago, and they simply don´t boot at all. I copy to another disc and everything is solved.
