I have an old junker PS2, and I havn't tried to boot it up in a while, but before, it would make like loud noises...
I was about 10 when this happened, and I was devistated lol, so my parents bought a new PS2.

Well now, I wanna bring it back to life, and make this thing never go down again..


So, I thought about putting some things into it, like mounting a fan, and a modchip..
But, I haven't decided on what to do with it, any ideas?

EDIT: Let me know what modchip works best for playing backups, and what fan would work.

Can you tell me what model the ps2 is
Look at the back of the console and tell me the model number.
