Hi. I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to a patch/fix for a PAL game so I can shift the screen a bit on the Y-axis. I know it's possible i've seen it discussed before. I just can't think of the name of the tool.

I'm pretty knowledgable. All I need is the name of the tool and I might be able to do it myself.(I think) Thanks in advance. :)

Yeah, that was exactly what I was looking for. And I actually already had it saved on my other computer. Thanks though.

The default value is 48 when I open the program. Do you think I should use that number or do I need to higher it? I need to shift the screen up about an inch or so on my 27" TV.

Any idea or guesses? I'd really hate to waste a DVD when I have very few left.
