ive downloaded games... burnt with clone cd on pioneer dvr 111 DVD+R traxdata and ifiniti disc were used and burnt at 2x4 speed and they wount work on my 360.. OPEN TRAY it keeps saying ...ive done soft resets and nothing.. but they work on pals 360 hitachi drive.. by the way ive got samsung drive with newset firmware..my PAL has burnt the on the same discs and they work perfect on my 360????? its like his pioneer 111D works and my pioneer 111 doesnt... even tried a on the fly burn with one of his burns and it still says OPEN TRAY

Apparently all of us who use Verbatim DVD + DL media and never had any problems are too drunk or high then? Maybe you need to give your backups that don't work for you to your friend with the Hitachi and try burning at 4x with your burner. You said you have a Pioneer 111, does the D matter any? What I'm saying is, can you booktype DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM?

Try using a different version of clonecd as I had the same problem that was fixed when I changed to the latest version of clonecd

5.2.9.1 the newest.. starting to think its the firmware on 360 3.3

When you said the newest firmware i thought you meant 4.0, lol I had the same problem with 3.3 but went back to 3.2 until the version 4 came out a couple of days ago.

If anyone's using 3.3 then you gotta use verbs. That firmware has the media speed read set to max... so if you have crap media or a crappy burner, you're going to get skipping, freezing, or no reading at all on the 360.
