IMGburn keeps saying optimal L1 zone not found

I use DVDShrink to copy to movies into ISOs. But when I try to burn larger movies onto Dual Layer DVDs I keep getting the error that:
Optimal L1 Data Zone Start LBA: Not Found! (VTS-02)
This image has not mastered correctly for burning onto a doulbe layer (OTP Track Path) disc.
None of the clls meet the 'DVD-Video specification' criteria for a potential layer break position.

Some times the DVD will work fine, but other times it keeps freezing in numerous places throughout the DVD.

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

What programs are you using?

What program did you rip with and are you dealing with an ISO image or a folder (build mode) ?

I'll post a log next time I try to burn one. I use DVD Shink to to encode the ISO, and IMGBurn to burn it.

If you are doing a Dual Layer you do not need to use Shrink, you are defeating the purpose of ImgBurn. Use ImgBurn to build your iso and then have it calculate the correct layer break. Here is a guide

I don't shrink anything using DVDShrink- what I do is use it to take out unwanted extras that I'm never going to watch and occassionaly cut out things in the movie that I don't want- long beginnings for an example.

Any other programs that could do that rather than DVDShrink?
