well.. i made a mistake.. Installed VISTA Beta to see whats its like but now i cant go back to xp.. since my recovery files been wiped out.

So I was wondering if microsoft can tell if you have been downloading games and burning em.. with vista.

Just curious.

I have sucessfully burned some games with xp, not with vista..

ill be switching back to xp soon. Im just waiting for my recovery disc to come in.

no they cant monitor it because thats an invasion of privacy because they would be tracking every single thing your doing on your computer... now you can choose to send them error reports but its only on that report that states the error it has no info on copying or burning games...

so your safe dont worry

As far as i know.no they cannot see what you've been up to.That would be considered hacking.Even if they did try to get that through the law system,it would get thrown out.If MS knows what things you are burning to discs,then george bush is listen to all your phone calls...(it's illegal) so i personally wouldnt worry about it :)

well just to let you guys know its called beta testing for a reason, they do recover info from beta testers wether they like it or not, im not sure and i.m.o dont think they would be bothered anyway.they couldnt take it to court bcos they would be fined for spying and you could sue them.
