after copying files with AnyDVD to hard drive how do i compress them to fit on dvd disk with Nero or shrink when i try to open file with shrik the program does not respond. with Nero it say file to big

shrink should open and you can make choices (see guides) as to how to compress the dvd. exactly what error message are you getting? you might want to uninstall and reinstall shrink and see if that makes any difference.

1) If you have AnyDVD, first make sure you're using the latest version.

If needed, update to version 6.0.8.0 here;

2) If you have an ultra edition of Nero, with AnyDVD running in the backround, you can use Nero Recode to rip the video files with choosing either the whole movie or the main movie only, then have recode simply burn the files to disk.
