hiya. thanks to anyone who reads this. i have downloaded burnout 4 for the PS2 from http://www.thepiratebay.com (bit torrent). i have a DVD RW. Nero 7. and swap magic 3.6. whenever i burn it on Nero 7 (it is an .iso), and put it in my PS2, it says it is "not a valid PS2 disc". what shud i do??

Read the sticky topics.
And you can't use RW discs as most PS2's dont read them.
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!! |

Swap magic is a form of modification.
Try burning at a x4 speed on good quality discs. DVD-R work better than DVD+R usually.

I had the same problem with Scarface. i used Swap Magic 3 and DVD Decrypter. The problem you will be having is your Swap Magic 3 needs to be updated. This is very easy to do but it means you have another disc to load in before you put in your backed up game. You need to download zoneloader, there are 2 versions, one for DVD backup games and the other for CD backup games. You can get both from here but you will need to register to get them. It is free to join and download the files. http://www.ps2-scene.org/forums/ Once you have downloaded them, extract them using WinRAR then burn the ISO file onto a DVD for the DVD version and CD for the CD version. Once you have done all that load Swap Magic, then the zoanloader then your game. Enjoy!!
P.S. DVD+R work as good as DVD-R and the cheap Tesco ones work fine for me.

I could really use some help...I couldn't find anything about this on the site, but my friend wants me 2 burn this game for him, but tha file he gave me was not an iso...it was a bunch a different files with numbers, like from 00 to 25 or somthin like that...I was totally confused, the game was nra gun club, and the folder was titled, nra gun clun PS2DVD-EMINiENT ...when I was lookin round I saw a few files online with the ps2dvd-eminient in the name...does anyone know how I can turn it into an iso or if there's another method I'm suppose 2 use to burn a game in this format?

u probibly shouldnt have posted that here but
im guessin they are all WinRAR files... click on one fo the .001 and open using WinRAR once it is oped u will probibly see the .iso file in there... extract the .iso file and use DVD Decrypter to brun into the dvd.

No thats not what he said.
If you havn't got WinRAR on your computer you need to download a demo version, this is the program you need to unpack the rar files you have. The rar files are the ones numbered 001 , 002 etc.
Once you have WinRAR, right click on any of the rar files and click 'Extract to' and any destination you want e.g. desktop. This will then extract the rar files to become an iso image on your desktop. Let us know when you've done that.

Joka101 just use google or something dont expect all the info to be handed to u on a plate u need to do some work on your own.
and not having a go or anything buy people do this and its annoying they always make new threads without looking through these forums and seeing if the answer is already out there which i am 99% it will.
sorry if it seems like im having a nag hell im sure iv done the same thing myself many of times

lol ok. well i sorted it now. it seemed by DVD burner wudnt read the DVDs i wuz using, so i bought sum different ones and it works fine :D

i have a bunch of files ..... W/ extentions from .001-.067 or so, and they dont wanna extract with WinRAR...any suggestions?

when i get files like that,
i just double click the 001 file
it should open with WinRAR
if it doesnt right click it choose open with and selct WinRAR,
when WinRAR opens
just extract the iso inside.
