FTP DVD2XBOX.....HELP!!!

i have downloaded dvd2xbox from this site http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles...lease_id=443092 i have ftp'd into my xbox and i put it in my E drive, but when i look in my applications on my xbox it isn't there. i have restarted my xbox but it isn't there, i have a softmodded xbox with unleash x as my dashboard. can someone please tell me how i can get dvd2xbox to work on my xbox....

You may want to check your .xml file to see if your dashboard is searching in that area for DVD2Xbox.
