I have uploaded the same image to 2 boxes, on 1 box the image works fine, on the other box all the channel details appear and only freeview channels all other channels nothing appears but on the other box all is fine, Both the boxes have the identical image, any ideas.

Is it possible the same image working fine on one box and not working on another.

The image being used is the netrueno next generation december 2005.
