I have dvd decryptor and shrink but i get an error when i try to decrypt these two movies.

I'm assuming some fairly new titles. Considering you're using two of the oldest programs and nothing to help them (like AnyDVD), you're not going to get too far.

try ripit4me if you like using dvddecrypter.

another freeware alternative is dvdfabdecrypter -> VobBlanker -> shrink.
