Okay so I was looking at the instructions on where to Solder for the Duo 3 mod chip, and I have a quick question. I thought I had a v4 PS2, but I think I have a v5, but what I need to know is whats the difference between a Gap BIOSm and no Gap BIOS? I really don't understand this, and would really appreciate the help. Also does anyone know a good place to look to see what version of PS2 you have. Thanks

you could find all that info by doing a search on the net. difference of gap and non-gap is: on the one the BIOS chip has a gap between some of the legs of the IC (lets say there's 10 legs in total you'll see 5 then a little gap then the other 5)this is the bios with gap and with the non gap there's no gap between the legs (so with 10 legs they're all in together with no split/gap between them).

NTSC DNAS threads.
