Yeah, people make mistakes though. He was probably tired and just put Kazaa, download and movie together to come to his conclusion. It happens! ;-)

yes thanks chris for reminding me how easy it is to put it all together wrong.
i have seen this same situation on other threads . i think i saw a newbie actualy tell someone they would be banned when they asked this question. what is crossing the line though? would you have to name a title or use the word copyright?

Generally something like requests or mentions of titles not released that they are downloading, or serial numbers not purchased. But again these can be ambigious. For instance if someone says i managed to get the serial number for it. That doesnt always mean that he has infringed on copyrights. He/she couldve just spent a long time looking for the website to buy it.

We'll all make mistakes at some point ;-)

Well we cant forget that some people have extremely fast connections so instead of making backup copys themselves they download professionally made copies, and nobody is really sure if that is illegal or not, i dont see it as illegal though. And i mean, look at all the thread about the two towers downloads so a lot is tolerated around, which is why some ppl need to calm down, however, posting links to ftp dumps etc etc, is just serious and will definately get someone banned on sight!

EDIT: Also the name is Dela not Della! ;-) in fact the name is james! lol
