Get DVD Decrypter here http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/
Get ImgBurn here (only a burning engine)
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download

What kind of burner do you have? Can it handle or write DVD+R DL? If so, then get the 2 above free tools (ISO burning engine). DVD Decrypter is both a ripper and burning engine. To make a long story short, do these steps below:

NOTE: for newer dvds/movies, it is not guarantee that DVD Decrypter will be able to rip/decrypt all dvds. You may need to rip it with either DVDFAB Decrypter or RipIt4Me. However, let's not go there, since all you want "is to burn DVD+R DL" only.

<<< Ripping the ISO >>>
** open up DVD Decrypter
** MODE, ISO, READ
** select your Target --> to your hard drive (make good note of it)
** click on DECRYPT or READ (via DVD & burner's icon on bottom)
** sit and wait until it's done

<<< Burning the ISO >>>
** insert a DVD+R DL media into your burner (I recommend Verbatim)
** open up either DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn (your choice, both from the great Lightning UK)
** MODE, ISO, WRITE
** SOURCE --> browse and locate your ISO from hard drive
** Target --> set it to your burner with the DVD+R DL disc
** click on WRITE (via DVD & burner's icon on bottom)
** sit and wait until it's done

Good luck.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

I don't think so. Your burner is here.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

@dirwong

dialysis1 is right, your burner doesn't support DVD+R DL. That's why you can't burn/write any DVD+R DL. Perhaps you may want to consider getting a Lite-On, Plextor or BenQ.

Or NEC. However, the Lite-On is the only one that bitsets single-layer DVD+Rs. They all bitset DVD+R DL.

-Do you believe you own your computer and shouldn't be told what you can run and do? Then say *NO* to Microsoft Vista!
-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.

@Dunker
If by bitset you mean book type, then the Benqs will most certainly do it for +Rs.

If I understand correctly, you need a tool to set that. My LG is like that. I think the Litey bitsets right out of the box. I don't know why they all don't, and that's half the reason why I mostly deal with -Rs.

Wish I could have gotten a 1650 so I'd know...:/
