I have entered 5 wrong codes that I have found on the internet. And then I went and got a cable from the local underground mobile shop for 10euro. The cable works fine but I can not find the proper software do clear the codes. Any hints or URL's would be very appreciated!!!

Can't do any of that with a DCT 4 type phone. You will need to have the phone directly unlocked using equipment, not just a cable. The guy in the link below is from the UK and he could help you or you can look for someone local in your area. Your choice!!
