i use nero with no problems so far.i was wondering why so many people suggest recordnow max or do most people use nero and dont comment.

it is a mix really - what works for you may not work for somebody else......

There is no 'the best program', but if a particular program does what YOU want it to do then it is probably suitable for you.

I started with Nero - however had alot of compatibility issues with it - I resolved it but found an easier way using recordnowmax.....

Now all I do is:
open recnowmax
click data
enter movie name
add VIDEO_TS folder
select burn speed
and burn

Takes me about 20 secs to start a burn....

I use dvd decrypter and CloneDvd.
thats all you need, all movies on one dvd' dead simple to use and AMAZING quality video, u have the choice to keep the menus and xtras or not and it burns it too !

I use Nero always have (even since cd burners were new )
I liek the expert features however it also has a wizard fo those who dont want something quite so advanced

Most burning software just cant be compared as a general rule. In this case, I like CloneDVD because I just find it more useful, of course Nero does often come in handy anyway and definately is one of the best for cd-r burning!
