DVDshrink can't find my files

I used Avi2DVD to convert some files, but when I tried to use DVDShrink it couldn't find them. I checked the folder I put my files in to make sure I had the right source folder and I played the ISO's I made to make sure they came out right. What am I doing wrong?

Hi opuskitty
For iso's in shrink go to file>open disc image.
