GTA San Andreas Problems...

I successfully backed up GTA San Andreas, but when i play it, its black and white and the screen is constantly jumping up and down like i am watching t.v. with no cable... or like its bootleg t.v. or something... also when i first downloaded the file on my PC it was a 2.59 - 2.60 GB rar file... but after i extracted it into an ISO, it became a 4.19 GB ISO... to anyone who has got this game working, how big is the final ISO of this game supposed to be? and what am i doing wrong?

sounds like a pal/ntsc issue, playing NTSC game on PAL system or viseversa. Patch it to the correct signal or if your mod chip supports it force the correct signal or if you're in PAL region then get a fully wired scart cable. As far as the iso being bigger after extracting well, that's the whole point of compressing, to make things smaller so you can transfer them in less time.

im playing on an NSTC system, so how would i go about patching it to NTSC?
