Yes it can, but why would you bother?
Its available for download right now, and you'll still end up with the same problem with Swap Magic 3.6, in that it will require you to use ZoneLoader as well.
Plus the PAL version is due out in the next couple of weeks anyway.

1. Use uTorrent & get it from private trackers, the speed is better on those. Importing will probably take as long anyway.
If you want games faster, look into using Newsgroups/UseNet.
2. Get ZoneLoader from backupscene, there's an iso in that rar file.
As I said, even if you import Bully, you'll still need to use ZoneLoader anyway.
When i extract it i get a rar file inside the rar original that is 1.16gb, all well and good i thought, then when i extract that i get two files from it that are system which is 1kb and a slus file which is 138kb! Wheres the ISO and the other 1.15gb gone! I tried this around 10 times now and still dont get an ISO
lol. That 1.16Gb file IS the iso.
You've obviously still got the .iso file extension associated with WinRAR, which is why it shows up as a rar.
Go into the options in WinRAR, and under the 'Integration' tab, uncheck ISO.
