This is my problem, whenever I press contol, alt, and delte, I get the proceses box, with no other tabs.
Does anyone know how I can get those tabs back on there?

Double click on the border around it. This happens if you double click it while it is open. Double clicking the border again restores it to normal.

it maybe due to your permissions that are setup for that user, try using the administrator account. Another could be with what logon type you are using e.g. classic logon or welcome screen logon. Hope This Helps. Gud Luck
