Have you tried a different sim to see if it works yet? If not, please do so and only use the codes above ONCE!! If you found a working code on another site, please list them here.

You were replying at the same time I was and I was doing something during my reply causing it to be more than 2 minutes so I didn't realize you had replied when I did. Sorry about that but now that we have your attention, only try one of those codes on 1 phone. But make sure you try a different activated sim other than T-Mobile before you try a code just to make sure it is locked.

None of them worked guys.I got Code Error. I did it once and left it alone until I heard from you. I did put my wife sim card in them and it said Restricted. Enter Restricted Code..

Ok, let me ask you this. Would you be willing to send the phone off for about 4 to 5 days tops and have it directly unlocked and you only pay shipping? I'll take care of the rest. If so, we'll go ahead and try 2 more codes and see if they'll work or you have another alternative. You could call T-Mobile and tell them you have to go to Canada on business for a few weeks and you need your phone to work with the Rogers network there and see if they will give you an unlocking code.

Sometimes they will and sometimes they won't. It depends on who you have service with and apparently it's not T-Mobile so that idea doesn't look too good. We only have 2 chances left before it's hardlocked to T-Mobile but it can still be unlocked directly using the equipment if you decide you want to send it. It will be unlocked the same day it's received and shipped right back out to you the next day Priority Mail. You would be out $4.05 for shipping the phone and that's it.
