hi, im trying to make an .iso image of fast and the furious tokyo drift
but when i get to the encoding part while trying to back it up to my hard drive it gets to 1% and doesn't move then after a while it says
"DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Failed to read D:\"

P.S. im self taught in computers so please make it simple and include links to downloads if there are ne.

Please hlp me and respond quickly!
