WHEN I INSERT THE UNLOCK CODE IN MY NOKIA 1600, I SEE THE MESSAGE "NOT ALLOWED".
WHAT IS WRONG?

It's hardlocked mate, take it to a shop to have it unlocked directly with hardware.
