(if it doesnt belong here sorry but i dontknow where else to ask).

i got 2 dvds from my friend that contain you know what, but theres that blurring/blockage thing covering their parts (btw incase your wondering why i won't just say the words, i can't on this computer even if i wanted to, it blocks em). Its not my dvd player or anything as i've watched other dvds of the sort where that doesnt happen so its not some parental lock thingie, and i also asked my friend and he said he used software to remove them ages ago but doesnt know what it was called. So my question was, is there any software to remove the blur/blocks whatever its called (you know like on news when they hide a criminals face) or do i just have to live with it?

The link is good.
In essence it says that the mosaic is an integral part of the file and cannot be reversed.
The Nipponese creators of this art form are respectable businesses in their own country and conform to the local laws regarding censorship.
