I'm trying to format my hard drive but dont have the original drivers for all my cards or any of it really is there some program out ther that can find them and put them into one folder for burning?
Any help apreciated.

Well, since you still have access to the internet, find the drivers for your network card and download them, then put them on floppy/CD. Once you get those, you can reformat/reinstall. Then install the network drivers so you can get back to the net. Then hit up the mobo manufacturers site and download the drivers for the chipset, on-board sound, etc. Then move on to Video and any other devices that you need.

you could just format your HDD anyway w/o your driver discs/ having the drivers on hand. Windows will find the hardware itself and ask if you would like to search for the drivers and install them, which usually means WIndows will just install whatever drivers it has for that hardware. But it only works if Windows has those drivers included for that particular hardware, Doesnt always find the drivers you need or necassirly want. But its an option.

yeah just download all your drivers to cd before you make the switch. you might also want to read up on partitions for the next time your doing a reinstall\format that way everything will be easier.

C:\ Windows OS
D:\ Drivers and Important Stuff
E:\ Music
F:\ Games

It means you could just format your C: drive and the rest of your data and settings will remain intact.
