I was wonderin{sure this has probally been asked 1000 times}How do i fit halo 2 on a normal dvd{im backin up my og and moddin the maps and tyin to make this disk my halo 2 mod disk}Would deleting the dashboard update save space?what files do i delete.?{i arleady have modded xbox and no how 2 burn stuff dont worry}

Do Not Keep

Everything inside the bink folder.
Every map that has a number before the name
downloader.xbe
update.xbe
dashupdate.xbe

dirty disk error.I ll tell u my steps. first i deleted my maps with numbers.then i deleted everything inside the bink folder.{not the folder itself}then i deleted the downloader.xbe
update.xbe
dashupdate.xbe
Then i used qwix to create xiso.then i burned with dvd decryptor at 4x.
i dont no what i did wrong. i no its not my dvds

hmm... just a thought, try keeping the three .xbe files.

you only need the default .xbe, the multiplayer maps which start at ascension and work there way down the list.i didnt even keep the bink folder at all, but make sure you keep the font folder and the fonts which are just inside the maps folder, otherwise you wont have any text in the menu or it wont say anything when you pick up a weapon etc. i dont know what you're doing wrong after that.

ok let me tell u guys somethin else.its an og copy. i put it in the dvd drive of xbox, opened up flash fxp,and clicked d drive i got everything and flashe it but the maps folder. i didnt cuz i already had maps folder on the comp.Are you not supposed 2 rip games this way?

and why won the game before i messed wit it fit on a 4.7 gb dvd if the game is 4.58 gb game?

oh i was just about to try usin Nero instead and it says i can overburn. im overburni about 7mb. will this mess up game or recorder?

will i be able to sign onto xbox live with the disc. And how do i make the iso bootable if i flashed my drive so i wont have to hotswap
