I tried to get silent hill onto my computer, and i used ripit4me and DVD Decrypter and i selected the option "movie only" but when i went to watch the movie it was only 26mins and the file was around 1GB is there a way to get the whole movie to one file? all i want is to watch it on my computer,

rip it in Full DVD mode! then try it out on the computer! .
